Salmon Log (for snacks)

I haven't made this for a while. It was one I made for our Friday Night Girl's Club get togethers.
Also, My kids love this!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
salmon 16 oz.
1 pkg
cream cheese 8 oz.
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 tsp
grated onion
1 tsp
horseradish
1 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
finely chopped pecans
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
assorted crackers

Step-By-Step

1Drain and flake the salmon into a bowl.
2Add all but the pecans and parsley! Mix thoroughly! Chill for several hours.
3Shape into a ball and roll in a mixture of the pecans and parsley.
4Serve with assorted crackers! Enjoy!
