Ingredients

1 c
raspberry preserves, seedless
1/4 c
horseradish sauce
3 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
3 tsp
sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 clove
garlic, minced
1
jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 tsp
salt
1 pinch
ground black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Place all ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Process or blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
2Chill cocktail sauce at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with shrimp. Cocktail sauce will keep, refrigerated, for five days.
