Ingredients

1/2 c
fresh lime juice
2 tsp
honey
2 Tbsp
horseradish, drained
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
hot sauce
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh tarragon
kosher salt and pepper
2 c
coarsely chopped lobster meat
1 large
ripe, pitted , scooped and diced avocado
1/4 c
chopped watercress leaves

Directions Step-By-Step

Whisk the first 6 ingredients together with the salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Gently fold in the lobster, avocado and watercress. Serve layered in shot glasses, if desired.
