This is a great recipe to make King or Snow crab legs in the Crock Pot. It's a wonderful technique used that is out of the ordinary way to cook crab legs. Fresh or frozen work great! So good served with butter and lemon slices!

Ingredients For king or snow crab legs in the crockpot

  • 2 or 3 md
    bunches of snow crab legs per person
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    dill
  • lemon slices and butter for serving

How To Make king or snow crab legs in the crockpot

    Rinse Snow crab legs or King crab legs under running water,; place legs in pot fitted with a a pan or dish and put water crockpot in until it comes 1/2 way up to the pan and legs can steam . (you want to steam them) If desired saw or cut King crab legs in appetizer size pieces before or after cooking, your choice.

    Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a small bowl and mix in the garlic and dill. Pour mixture over crab legs in pan. Cover; cook on low for 1- 2 hours .

    Serve with lemon and melted butter with a little garlic powder added.
