Ingredients For hot clam dip

2 can6.5 oz minced clams, drained

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 cbutter
-
1 smonion, minced
-
1.2bell pepper, minced

1 tspparsley flakes

1 tsporegano, dried

1 dashhot pepper sauce
-
1 pinchcayenne pepper
-
1/2 cbread crumbs

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 pinchpaprika
How To Make hot clam dip

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine minced clams and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes.

2In a medium size saucepan, combine butter, onion, bell pepper, parsley, oregano, hot sauce, and red pepper. Stir vegetables over a medium-low heat until butter is melted. Mix in the clams and breadcrumbs.

3Pour mixture into an ovenproof pie place and top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. You can microwave also until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
