Ingredients For herb shrimp with garlic aioli dip

3 lbshrimp shelled & deveined

3 clovegarlic thinly sliced

2 Tbspfresh rosemary fine chopped

2 Tbspfresh thyme leaves fine chopped

1/4 colive oil

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

salt and pepper to taste
- GARLIC AIOLI DIP

8 clovesmall garlic minced

pinchsalt
-
2 cmayonnaise
-
2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh
How To Make herb shrimp with garlic aioli dip

1In Med bowl, toss together shrimp,garlic,rosemary,thyme,olive oil,lemon juice,salt & pepper, set aside to marinate at room temp for 30 min In large skillet, over med heat,add shrimp and marinade ingredients, saute turning frequently, for 5 min, or until shrimp are opaque, and just cooked thru,serve with Aioli

2Aioli Dip in small bowl, combine garlic and pinch of salt,using the back of a spoon scrape and press garlic against sides of bowl to make a very smooth paste, ADD remaining ingredients and wisk together until combined, place plastic wrap over bowl refridgerate at least 30 min, for flavors to come together serve cold Makes about 2 cups
