sunset gourmet's traditional italian seasoning (or your favorite italian blend)
Combine oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.
Preheat grill. Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes until pink.
Tip: Soak wooden skewers for 15 minutes in water to prevent them from burning.
