Grilled Seasoned Shrimp

- 1/3 c
- olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- 2 tsp
- sunset gourmet's traditional italian seasoning (or your favorite italian blend)
- jumbo shrimp
1Combine oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a large resealable plastic bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.
2Preheat grill. Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes until pink.
3Tip: Soak wooden skewers for 15 minutes in water to prevent them from burning.
