ground beef seasoning to taste
canned buttermilk biscuits
In a non stick pan cook and season ground beef.
Beat eggs and set aside.
Spray baking pan with Pam.
Open Biscuits and roll each one into a small ball. roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.
Place small amounts of cooked meat in the middle. fold top to bottom and use a fork to seal together.
Coat this with the beaten egg. place in the oven as directed on the can. repeat with the remaining biscuits.
