we love seafood of all kinds so i was just expermeting with crab and came up with this

Ingredients

6 large
hard boiled eggs
4 oz
lump crab meat
1/2 stick
celery
2 Tbsp
mascarpone cheese
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
sour cream
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp
chopped fresh chives

add salt and pepper t taste

Step-By-Step

1In a medium mixing bowl combine the crabmeat, celery, mascarpone cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chives
2Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Spoon the crab mixture into the egg halves. Place the filled eggs on a platter and serve.
