I have made this for many parties when we lived on the Delaware shore. It was always a big hit !!!

Ingredients For delaware crab lover's dip

  • 16 oz
    fresh backfin crabmeat
  • 3/4 c
    miracle whip salad dressing
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine, dry
  • 1 c
    sliced almonds
  • dash
    pepper

How To Make delaware crab lover's dip

    Combine all ingredients and chill for 3 hours or longer.

    Serve with sturdy crackers of your choice.

    For variation a can of small shrimp can be added. Enjoy while you are thinking of the ocean.
