Crawfish is a food that fascinates me. I love it in all ways. Cold, hot and in salads, you name it..
Here is another cooking version that I came up with...

Ingredients

1 pkg
knorr cream of leeks soup
1/2 c
mayonnaise hellmans
1/2
miracle whip mayonnaise
11/2 c
sour cream
2 c
crawfish tails
1/2 c
mild white cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 c
asadero shredded

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl put soup mix, mayonnaise dressing and sour cream in stirring well. Add the crawfish. Mix well. Add cheese and mix.
2When ready to serve, bake it at 450 degrees about 5-7-minutes.
3I serve it with toasted French bread that I slice diagonally .For some reasons it does give me a sense of enjoying me the bread for this special recipe...
