crabmeat, drained, flaked (6 oz)
Mix cream cheese and crabmeat; spoon 1 tsp of mixture evenly onto won ton wrappers.
Moisten edges of each wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle. Press edges together to form a triangle.
Heat oil in a pot or deep fryer to 360 degrees. Add won tons in batches on cook until golden brown (about 1 to 2 mins). Turn once while cooking.
Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
