Ingredients

8 oz
chive & onion cream cheese spread
1 can(s)
crabmeat, drained, flaked (6 oz)
30
wonton wrappers
1 1/2 c
oil for frying
sweet & sour sauce

Step-By-Step

1Mix cream cheese and crabmeat; spoon 1 tsp of mixture evenly onto won ton wrappers.

2Moisten edges of each wrapper with water, fold in half to form a triangle. Press edges together to form a triangle.

3Heat oil in a pot or deep fryer to 360 degrees. Add won tons in batches on cook until golden brown (about 1 to 2 mins). Turn once while cooking.

4Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
