Ingredients

36
whole mushrooms
1 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
minced onions
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 6-oz can(s)
crabmeat, drained, flaked
1 Tbsp
snipped parsley
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
dry mustard
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1/2 tsp
onion salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Melt butter in small skillet; add onion, mushroom stems, salt and pepper and cook until tender. Spoon into mushroom caps. Combine remaining ingredients. Top each mushroom with the crab mixture. Bake in a 375° oven about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
