Crab Artichoke Ball

Dear friend of mine used to make this crab ball for our get togethers.
I made for a friend to bring to Her office party. But I added artichokes just for a twist! With the marinate in the artichokes You dont need to many more spices.

small pack imatation crab (about cup)
1 jar(s)
marinated artichokes drained and chopped
cream cheese, room temperature (8oz)
worcestershire sauce (few dashes)
1/2 tsp
celery salt
1/4 tsp
cocktail sauce
few lemon wedges


Step 1 Direction Photo

1To a bowl add softened cream cheese, drained artichokes, crab meat,worcestershire, spices and 2 tablespoons cocktail sauce.
Mix together well.

2Form into ball.
Make well in center and pour more cocktail sauce in well and over edges. Squeeze few lemon wedges over.

Refrigerate till ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, mini bagels or pretzels.

3I usually make my own cocktail sauce. So adjust spices.
