Ingredients

4 can(s)
minced or chopped clams pack in clam juice
1 c
celery, diced
1 small
sweet onion, chopped
8 oz
bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 Tbsp
butter
1 tube(s)
(sleeve) ritz crackers, crushed

Step-By-Step

1Drain 2 cans of clams, reserving juice
drain second 2 cans of clams, and discard juice
2In skillet, saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter until softened.
3Combine with remaining ingredients, including reserved clam juice. spoon into shallow casserole.
4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers
