Ingredients

1 lb
fresh backfin crabmeat picked
1 pkg
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp
milk
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
horseradish
salt and white pepper to taste
4 Tbsp
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
sherry/wine
pinch
seafood seasoning
dash(es)
paprika
dash(es)
hot pepper sauce
toasted almonds
crackers

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except almonds and crackers. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve in chafing dish with crackers. Serves 10-12
