Ingredients

1-2 LB medium
shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 medium
cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
1 small
red onion, diced
2 l
tomatoes, diced
5
limes
1/2
lemon
1/2
orange
1 bunch
fresh cilantro

Step-By-Step

1Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 cloves of garlic.
Juice the Lime, Lemon and Orange and set aside.
2Cut shrimp into 3 pieces
Add the shrimp to the boiling water, cook 30 seconds.
Dice the cucumber, onion and tomato. Place in a bowl.
3Drain shrimp and add to the veggies.
Add the Lime,Lemon and Orange juice to the bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.
4on the side, serve with Avocado, Tapatio and chips
