Caroot and Smoked Oyster Salad

- 2 medium
- 1 clove
- 1 1/2 Tbsp
- olive oil, extra virgin
- on the balsemic vinigar
- 1/2 oz
- diced blue cheese
- you can use fresh minced parsley or dill weed or both
- 1 c
- smopked oysters( you can use the oil from that andskip the olive oil.
- 1 Tbsp
- parmsean cheese

1For two people feeding ,
YOU take 4 med caroOts
-shave off skin,( COMPOST OR GARBAGE IT)
whith a hand peeler, grate the caroot in a shaved like texture as seen in the picture.
TAKE your garlic , score it in to micRO diced shape and pretty well mince it in micro dice TEXTURE.
2IN A SMALL SERVING BOWL
YOU take your olive oil, and put your garlic into the oil , add your parsley, dill , blue cheese , BASMIC VINIGER,parmasian cheese and a splash of lemonde juice ..
WITH A FORK , WHISK THE SALAD DRESSING TILL IT HAS A CHREAMY THICK NESS TOO IT.
3OPEN UP your can of Smoked Oysters , you can also use the smoked Muscles if you dont like Oysters..
4from the same bowl the carootsare in add the dressing ( this is my personal bluecheese dill weed Seafood salad dressing)mix it up with salad server utisils ..add extra parmasean and a dash of parsley for presentation on top.
now close your mouth and just eat..savour the rich flavours without ever needing salt --but it is full of flavour and natural salt fom the cheese and lenond mix.. yessitizz so scrumtious!!! aaah I cant stand it ,,, I am makeing me one as we speak..
5for every person that you are feeding , take a full caroot per person that your serving so for example ; too feed 4 people comfortably --use 6 caroots.and belive me this is a harty salad.. can be eaten as a meal alone or in a strter , just seve in a lesser portion.
6I love my white wine , with most of the foods that I FraNCHeffuLLa creat.
