Serves:

24 skewers

Prep:

20 Min

Method:

No-Cook or Other

Ingredients

10 oz
medium cooked shrimp, patted dry.
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
each, cumin, ground cinnamon, ground red pepper flakes, and ground nutmeg.
1/2 tsp
each, ground allspice, ground ginger, dried thyme, and salt.
1 tsp
black pepper.
6
peppadew peppers, quartered.
2
mangos peeled and cubed.
1/2
english cucumber, cue into half moons.

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Pat dry all pre-cooked shrimp and set a side.
If you have a bullet blender great. that is how I blend all the dry ingredients. Other wise mix them all together in a large mixing bowl. Now dust all shrimp in the mixture..
2
On 4 inch skewers place a quartered Peppadew pepper then a piece of mango, a piece of cucumber and last 3 spiced shrimp...

Place on tray and pass a round.
3
Peppadew peppers are from South Africa. They are some what sweet but a little tart...
