just like bonefish grills


1 lb
shrimp, shelled and deveined smaller shrimp works best
1/2 c
1/4 c
thai sweet chili sauce
drops hot chili sauce, just a few drops
1 1/2-1 3/ c
cornstarch, to coat the shrimp in

Directions Step-By-Step

1.Mix mayo and sauces for coating
2.Bread shrimp in cornstarch
3.Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown
4.Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
5.Serve in a lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.

    Looks great, sounds easy enough! What do you use to fry it in, solid shortening, vegetable oil, ... I'm heating peanut oil for this right now because my husband came home with, you guessed it, shrimp, and I have everything else handy, so, here it goes! :)

    i hope you and your family enjoyed it as much as me and mines do..ad you can use whatever type of oil you like to fry it in..i use whatever i have handy at that time
