seasoned bread crumbs
parmesan cheese, grated
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour melted butter into a casserole dish. Distribute butter and scallops evenly inside the dish.
2Combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture over the scallops.

This recipe is as tasty as it is easy to make. Very satisfying too. I left out the garlic since my husband doesn't like it. But the onion powder, parsley and other seasonings certainly gave enough flavor.
I served the scallops over jasmine rice and stir-fried snow peas.
Classy and elegant dish.
