Goldie's StoryI just love this finger food for watching TV games or at a gathering. This is a spiced up version of another recipe that was given to me.
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
bottled chicken wing sauce, your favorite
brown sugar, firmly packed
or two of cayenne pepper
1Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and clean the chicken breast. Pat dry. Now cut into bite size pieces about 1" cubes. Place in a bag, add the chicken wing sauce, close bag. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2Remove the chicken and wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick.
Now mix the brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a pie plate and mix together.
3Roll the bacon wrapped chicken in the sugar mix on all sides.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
