Ingredients

12
hard boiled eggs
1/2 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
yellow mustard
bits of black olives for eyes
bits of carrot for beaks

Step-By-Step

1Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
2Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs.

Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
3Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak.

Replace cap for hatching eggs look.


Serve cold.
