When we have Co for dinner I alway make egg rolls I have a bunch of differant ones that they injoy

Ingredients

20
egg roll wrappers one package
1or 2 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
garlic
1
egg beaten for brushing the wraps
4 oz
salsa
1 large
carrots shredded (1 cup)
1 large
sliced onions
1 large
egg
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce mixed with the soy sauce
a little flour to thicken the mix
1 1/2 lb
cooked chicken
4 c
cabbage, shredded

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute the carrots, onions, and the cabbage until tender add the add the chicken and mix well. place wrapper on table and brush the wrapper with egg and place 1 ounce of the mix and wrap. Deep fry until it starts to seal and the wrap is hard. Cool the egg rolls , then freeze.
