- diced jalapeno peppers
- won ton wrappers
- 1/8 c
- finely chopped venison bologna
- 1 tsp
- finely chopped chives
- oil for deep frying
1Mix all ingredients together but won ton wrappers and oil.
In a triangle put a small amout of mixture in center, brush with a egg mixture on edges then pinch together.
2Heat oil to 350* carefully put Venison Poppers in oil and cook just till lightly golden brown.
