apple cider vinegar

blackeyed peas

shoepeg corn

celery chopped small

green pepper chopped small

pimento
1/2 jar(s)
mild jalapeno peppers

Boil first 3 ingrediants until sugar is dissolved . Then cool.
Drain and rinse peas and beans.
Mix all ingrediants together and pour cooled dressing over..
Let stand overnight in refridgerator.so flavor goes through..
