Ingredients For stuffed grape leaves

  • 6oz jar
    lg grape leaves
  • 1tbs.
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 md
    yellow onion
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/3 c
    sliced chopped almonds
  • 3/4 c
    uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2tsp tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley & mint
  • 1/2 md
    fresh lemon squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp
    frsh dill

How To Make stuffed grape leaves

  • 1
    Heat 1 TBS. olive oil & saute onion & rice until onions are soft. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth & cook until broth is absorbed...15-20 min. Stir in lemon juice & set aside to cool. Mix in rest of ingredients. Add 1 TBS. to each grape leaf and roll. These can be refrigerated overnight
