I absolutely love deviled eggs and remember eating them nonstop at church pot lucks. This is one of the best recipes I've had for them.

Ingredients For sandy's deviled eggs

8hard boiled eggs, halved w/ yolks removed

1 1/2 tsphorseradish

1 1/2 tsplemon juice
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
dashwhite pepper
-
paprika
How To Make sandy's deviled eggs

1Mash the egg yolks w/ a fork in a medium sized bowl.

2Blend in other ingredients, except for paprika.

3Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture, and place on a plate or serving platter. (you can put the yolk mixture into a pastry bag and pipe it into the halves if you want it to look fancy!)

4Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so flavors can meld (if you can wait!)
