ROSE PETAL SANDWICHES

Ingredients

1 pkg
sized baguette
1 large
leaf of curly romaine
10 medium
rose petals
1/2 lb
goat cheese
1/2 bunch
walnuts or pine nuts
slice
red onion
1/2 c
raspberry yogurt
1/2 tsp
rose water

Step-By-Step

1Cut baguette in half and toast lightly. Rinse romaine and rose petals well and pat dry.
2Place one romaine leaf on 1/2 toasted baguette. Layer rose petals, goat cheese and walnuts.
3Top with roseberry dressing. Place the second romaine leaf on the other flute, add onion slices and serve open faced.
