I have no words for this..... But, my friend Dana says they are really good with a dipping sauce, so there you go folks, she used a Blue Cheese one and I bet most any dip would compliment these.

water
your favorite seasonings
canola oil
dipping sauce of choice

How To Make portabello heaven

Mix bisquick with just enough water to make a pancake consistency batter. Add you favorite seasonings.
