- frozen italian bread dough, thawed
- 8 oz
- cream cheese with herbs and garlic, softened
- 1.5 c
- part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
- 3/4 c
- pepperoni, chopped
- 1/3 c
- green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp
- italian seasoning
1Roll the dough to 15x20 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
2Spread the cream cheese over the dough to within 1 inch of the edges.
3Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and the peppers over the cream cheese and roll the dough from the LONG sides, pressing the edges together to seal.
4Brush the top and sides with the olive oil and sprinkle with the italian seasoning.
5Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
6Preheat oven to 350.
7Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
8Slice and serve.
