Pepper Jelly Turnovers

- 5 oz
- old english cheese
- 1/2 c
- butter, softened
- 1 c
- plain flour
- 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz
- hot pepper jelly
1Cut cheese and butter into flour.
2Quickly stir in water and shape into a ball. Refrigerate overnight.
3Roll out dough very thin and cut with a biscuit cutter into 2-inch circles.
4Place 1/2 teaspoon of pepper jelly in center of each circle. Fold over and crimp edges with a fork.
5Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
6Turnovers may be frozen before or after baking. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
