I made these to snack on while we were preparing Christmas dinner.We had some neighborhood kids over helping us make cookies.They loved these so much that i ended up making more for dinner.They disappear as fast as you can make them!

Ingredients For mini quiches

frozen pastry shells,mini size

1/3 cshredded italian 5 cheese blend

1/4 cchopped cooked bacon
-
1 Tbspchopped green onion

1egg

3 Tbspwhipping cream
How To Make mini quiches

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place shells in muffin tin.

2Spoon in cheese,top with bacon and onion.In a small bowl,beat egg and whipping cream until blended.Spoon mixture into each pastry shell till filled.Bake 15 to 20 minutes till filling is set.Let cool 5 minutes.
