This dip is a little spicy, but you can tone it down as much as you like, or fire it up with the peppers.

Ingredients For mexican dip

  • 4 oz
    green chilies, drained
  • 4 oz
    jalapeno slices
  • 1/3 c
    cilantro
  • 1/3 c
    mayo, not miracle whip
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing & dip envelope

How To Make mexican dip

  • 1
    Combine first 3 ingredients & chop well. You can use a blender if you want it smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients & mix well.

    Place in refrigerator until served. Serve with chips or veggies.
