Mexican Bruschetta

Add a little twist to the common bruschetta (which I love as much) but with a little kick! Enjoy!

Ingredients

chopped tomatos
8 or more
slices of french or italian bread toasted or grilled
bunch
cilantro, fresh finally chopped
2
cloves garlic
olive oil
hot red pepper fresh if available
salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp)

Directions Step-By-Step

Finally chop the tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and cilandro. If fresh red pepper is not available, red pepper powder will do. Add oilve oil and salt. Grill or toast the sliced bread. Place some tomato mix over bread and serve immediately to avoid the bread becoming soggy. Garnish with Cilandro leaves. Yumm!
