HEAVENLY EGGS

THIS IS A GREAT SIDE OR APPETIZER. MY MOTHER DID NOT LIKE THE ORIGINAL NAME SO AS I STARTED MAKING THESE FOR MY FAMILY I CHANGED THE NAME. I HAVE ALSO MADE THESE WITH SEASONED BOILED SHRIMP ON TOP.

Ingredients

8 large
hard boiled eggs
1 Tbsp
mayo or miracle whipp
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
salt and pepper

LESS OR MORE TO TASTE. I PREFER MIRACLE WHIPP.

Step-By-Step

1BOIL EGGS. LET COOL AND PEEL.
2CUT OPEN THE EGGS AND SET YOKE TO THE SIDE.
3IN A SMALL BOWL MIX EGG YOKE AND MIRACLE WHIPP SALT AND PEPPER.
4PUT THE YOKE MIXTURE IN EGGS SPRINKLE PAPRIKA ON TOP. ADD SHRIMP IF DESIRED.
