Ingredients For happy hour mushrooms

  • 36 sm
    baby bella mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2/3 c
    grated monterey jack cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine
  • 1/2 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 2/3 c
    crushed fritos

How To Make happy hour mushrooms

    Remove stems from mushrooms. Coat mushroom cups in 3Tablespoons melted butter.

    Mix all the other ingredients together. Fill mushroom cups and broil 3 minutes.

    10-12 appetizers.
