Grilled Corn on the Cob with Gochujang & Mayo

I found the recipe below on the Cooking Channel TV website and replaced 'sriracha' sauce in the original recipe with Korean 'gochujang'.

Ingredients

4
ears of corn, husks and silk removed
2 Tbsp
cooking oil (suitable for grilling/high heat)
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
korean gochujang sauce
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2-4 Tbsp
fresh cilantro, minced

Step-By-Step

1Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
Coat the corn evenly with the oil. Grill the corn, turning so that it cooks evenly and grill marks form, 10 to 12 minutes.

2Mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang sauce and lime juice until smooth.

3Coat the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
