We were invited to a cocktail party and I wanted to bring a little something. I had a package of shells and was feeling a little creative so I tossed this together. It was a big hit! I got many requests for the directions. So we decided it was a keeper.

Ingredients For easy peezie appatizie

  • 1 pkg
    light cream cheese
  • 5 Tbsp
    garlic and onion jam
  • 1/4 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 pkg
    small crispy sells
  • 1/4 c
    chopped walnuts

How To Make easy peezie appatizie

    Place softened cream cheese in mixing bowl
  • 2
    Add jam. With hand mixer beat until blended. If mixture is very thick add a little milk or cream. Give the mixture a little taste. You might want to add more jam.

    Carefully spoon mixture into packaged small crispy cups. Top with crumbled blue cheese Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top
