3/4 c mayonnaise
3 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp salt

This is my Mom's recipe for deviled eggs. They are very delicious and go really fast at parties.

 

Directions

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and set on a plate or deviled egg tray.

Remove yolks; mash in small bowl with an electric mixer. Add mayonnaise, mustard and salt; mix well.

Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into centers of egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and either serve immediately or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
