I got this recipe from a 1980's Southern Living Annual Cook Book. Can't remember which one though. They're pretty tasty!

Ingredients

hard cooked eggs
1/4 c
commercial sour cream
1/4 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
dried parsley flakes
2 slice
bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
paprika
6 green olives, halved

Directions Step-By-Step

Peel eggs; slice in half legnthwise and carefully remove yolks.

Mash yolks and stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley and bacon.

Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle with paprika and place an olive half on top.
