- worchestershire sauce
- stick of butter
- ground black pepper....(adjust to your liking)
1Clean mushrooms....melt butter in saucepan, add worchestershire sauce, mushrooms, and pepper. Bring to a boil...mix occasionally, reduce heat, and let simmer until butter separates (about 20 min.)...remove from heat, scoop out mushrooms with slotted spoon and serve....(I always leave some sauce with mushrooms)....
