My husband loves Vidalia Onions! the only problem, he has to wait until spring here in Green Bay, wi for them to come in season. He likes to use them on everything. Years ago I got this recipe for an appetizer for Vidalia Onions which we have used for all differant occasions and just to snack on! Makes hubby happy, happy, happy!

Ingredients For baked vidalia onion dip

  • 1 lg
    vidalia onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayo (not mircle whip)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz
    parmesan cheese (grated)

How To Make baked vidalia onion dip

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingrediants together. Place mixed ingrediants in small casserole dish, or pie pan. Bake for 30 mins or until hot. Serve warm with toasted garlic bread or favorite crackers.
