Ingredients For b&b's pickled eggs

    dozen peeled, hard boiled eggs
  • 4 c
    vinegar
  • 1
    small can or jar of jalapeno pepper
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1
    onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    tobasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt

How To Make b&b's pickled eggs

    Place eggs in a sealable jar.
  • 2
    Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over eggs and seal jar tightly with lid.

    Let sit for three days to three months. Shake once a day.
  • 4
    Serve with salt, pepper, tabasco and a beer.
