B&B's Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

2
dozen peeled, hard boiled eggs
4 c
vinegar
1
small can or jar of jalapeno pepper
1 c
water
1
onion
1 Tbsp
tobasco sauce
1 Tbsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Place eggs in a sealable jar.
2Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over eggs and seal jar tightly with lid.
3Let sit for three days to three months. Shake once a day.
4Serve with salt, pepper, tabasco and a beer.
5Enjoy!
