Ingredients

1 lb
ground venison
1/2 lb
ground pork
2 Tbsp
each soy sauce and lemon juice
2
inch piece of ginger grated
6 clove
garlic minced
2 Tbsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
chili paste
1/2 c
plain breadcrumbs, more or less to make desired consistancy

SAUCE

1/2 c
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
each fish sauce, mirin, and oyster sauce
4 clove
garlic minced
1
inch piece ginger grated
1 c
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
chili paste and cornstarch

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients for meatball together. Roll into balls and bake on foil lined baking sheet for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
2Place all ingredients for sauce together in sauce pan and cook until warmed and thickened. Serve over meatballs
