| 2 lb | jimmy dean regular sausage |
| 3/4 c | seasoned bread crumbs |
| 2 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 1/2 c | ketchup |
| 1/2 c | brown sugar |
| 1/4 c | white vinegar |
| 1/4 c | soy sauce |

Directions
Mix together sausage, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs. Form into golf ball-sized balls.Brown sausage balls, either in a pan on the stove top or on a cookie sheet in the oven.Whisk together ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and brown sugar.Transfer browned sausage balls to a medium-large saucepan and pour sauce over them. Cover and simmer on medium low for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut one sausage ball in half and check for doneness before serving.
