- hilshire farms polska kielbasa (or favorite brand)
- 1/4 c
- prepared horseradish
- 1/2 c
- light brown sugar
- 1 c
1Slice the kielbasa in 1/4" slices. Combine remaining ingredients in large pan and mix well. Add sliced kielbasa and stir to make sure it's all coated with sauce.
2Cover and heat on medium until it starts to bubble, then reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for about an hour. Stir frequently so it doesn't stick or burn.
3Can serve by putting a toothpick in each slice and arrange on a tray...or just put in casserole dish with a spoon and let folks serve themselves.
