I have to make a double batch of these every time because my husband eats them up from everyone!!!

Ingredients

1/2 lb
italian sausage
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 clove
garlic crushed
1 pkg
14 0z of mushrooms
1/4 c
bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley chopped
1/4 c
parmesan cheese grated
1/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c
pizza sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400F. In a skillet saute sausage until brown and well cooked. Drain and put into a large bowl.
2saute onion, garlic and mushroom stems in teh pan drippings untill tender. add tothe bowl with sausage and stir in remaining ingredients.
3Fill each mushroom cap an d place into a 9x13 baking pan. bake 20 min. Makes approximately 20 mushroom caps.
