Ingredients

2 can(s)
(10 count) grands jr flaky biscuits
1 lb
pork sausage, mild (i prefer tennessee pride)
2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400.
2Mix raw sausage and cheese gently until well blended. Shape into 40 balls of equal size.
3Remove biscuits from cans and separate each biscuit into 2 layers, making 40 biscuit layers.
4Press one layer of biscuit into cup of lightly greased mini-cupcake pan. Repeat with remaining layers.
5Place a sausage-cheese ball in each biscuit cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are browned and sausage balls are bubbly.
