Ingredients

1 lb
hot italian sausage
12 oz
sharp cheddar cheese
3 c
bisquick

Step-By-Step

1Grate cheese - melt in the top of a double boiler until melted, add sausage. Mix well and then add bisquick,it will make a stiff batter to make balls with.
2Form into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned 12-15 minutes.
Note: add 1/2 cup of flour if mixture is not quite stiff enough.
May be frozen and heated through as desired.
